Lommy Eye is a small battery driven device, which with ease can be placed in the object, you wish to monitor and track, if lost or stolen.
No assembly or wires - it is just that easy!

Log-in on our user-friendly homepage, where all the alarms and settings can easily be configured after your need. Afterwards you can safely leave the surveillance to the Lommy Eye.

With up to 15 years of battery lifetime, the Lommy Eye is a good investment.

Invisible - but visible for you

Lommy Eye is based on an advanced GSM technology, which makes it virtually impossible to track or “Jam” the device – not even if they use advance tracking equipment.

If the device are gone/stolen there is even the possibility for acti- vating the RF Beacon module. With the help of a Lommy Locator, the device can be tracked down to a few meters precision, even indoors.

A Lommy Eye device with a GPS-module, could also be activated and the exact position indicated.

The technology behind TrackEye

GPS

High precision.
Turn the GPS-module on, to get a more precise position, e.g. when lost. The device can be localized, within a few meters.

Geofence

Electronic fence
If the device is moved outside a geographic defined area, an alarm will be sent. Just as an alarm can be sent if the device crosses countries borders.

RF Beacon

Radio communication.
With the intelligent RF tech- nology, the Lommy Eye can be combined with the Lommy Echo Tag. This opens a whole new world within surveillance. For more information about the different possibilities, contact Care4all.

GSM

Triangulation.
The GSM-signal is the backbone of the entire system. With the advanced GSM triangulation, a position is calculated for the device. Tracking in a new way.

Lightsensor

Outside or inside. The Lommy Eye has a built-in light sensor. At a sudden change from darkness to light will activate the device. Place the Lommy Eye in a package, and get a message when the package is opened.

Motion sensor

On the road again. Do you have the need to increase the report-interval when the device is in movement?
Do you need an alarm if the device is moved?

Web-interface

Always the latest update. With access to the internet on your PC or via your Smartphone, you will always have the latest update and a complete overview of all your Lommy Eye devices. Settings and alarm-users would be done easily from the homepage: www.trackeye.eu

Watertight

In rain or snow. The Lommy Eye is adjusted for difficult weather conditions. Casted in a plastic cover with a watertight seal, it is possible to be used virtually anywhere.

Temperature

Hot or cold. Is the heater turned on, on your boat, what is the temperature at your holiday home? Where is the device – in a hot attic or a cold basement? The temperature will give you the answer.

How do I register the Lommy Eye, the first time?

When the Lommy Eye is getting registered for the first time, you have to enter the Lommy Eye serial number and the provided password. The Lommy Eye serial number can be found on the unit, while the password is provided together with the leaflet.

My Lommy Eye has not reported any position into the system.

The Lommy Eye could be placed in difficult conditions for the GSM signal. This could be because that it is in a parking garage, container or on a ferry. Iron/steel and concrete, can reduce the signal strength, and cause problems.

What are GPS signals?

Global Positioning System The GPS system consists of 24 satellites, that circle the Earth. By using the GPS radio signals, a precise position can be attained for the Lommy Eye, with the approximation being the nearest road, and if possible the closest house number. The GPS position will be shown on the map as a marker. The device will use more power using the GPS, than it would, if only using GSM positioning. It is therefore recommended to only to use the GPS positioning, in short periods a time, to preserve the battery as long as possible, for example, in situations where you need to pinpoint the device if stolen.

My device is not visible when I log in

You have to make sure that your subscription is paid – this is done the first time you register the device.
You can open the payment box, by clicking on the shopping cart icon(Payments). Here you can look at the amounts that are due or will be soon.

You can also see your payment history, and download all of your invoices.

Can I pay with giro transfer?

No, it is only possible to pay with creditcard, which can be done under the tab “Payments”.

What are GSM signals?

Global System for Mobile Communications GSM is the most widely used form of mobile telephony in the world. By using the GSM signals, from multiple Cells, a rough position can be attained, with the approximation of a town. The GSM position will be shown on the map as a circle. The Lommy Eye will not necessarily be in the middle of the circle, but somewhere inside or around the circle. To minimize the power comsumption, the GSM method should be standard for the Lommy Eye – as to prolong the Lommy Eye batterys lifetime.
